For wholesale and project-based orders, processing timelines may vary depending on order quantity, product availability, and customization requirements.

2. Delivery Coverage

We provide delivery services within Malaysia.
For international shipping or export orders, delivery arrangements will be discussed separately based on project requirements. 

3. Estimated Delivery Time

Estimated delivery timelines may vary depending on product type and order volume:

  • Ready stock items: 7–14 working days

  • Bulk or project orders: Delivery timelines will be confirmed upon order confirmation

Delivery dates provided are estimates and may be subject to change due to logistical or unforeseen circumstances.

4. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated based on delivery location, order size, and handling requirements.
All shipping costs will be clearly communicated and confirmed prior to delivery arrangement.

5. Delivery Conditions

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring that delivery locations are accessible for delivery vehicles

  • Any additional handling requirements (e.g. stairs, restricted access) should be informed in advance

  • CHL Furniture is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect delivery information provided by the customer

6. Damaged of Missing Items

Customers are advised to inspect items upon delivery.
Any damage, missing items, or discrepancies must be reported within 48 hours of delivery for assistance and resolution.

7. Self-Collection

Self-collection may be available upon prior arrangement.
Collection details will be confirmed once the order is ready.

8. Changes to Shipping Policy

CHL Furniture reserves the right to update this Shipping Policy at any time.
Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
